Dr. Ereblir Kadriu is a faculty member at the Department of Psychology, University of Prishtina, and co-founders of the Professional Center for Inclusion (QPGJ). Together, they have developed and implemented innovative, psychologically grounded models for the professionalization of Assistants for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), integrating concepts such as role identity, self-efficacy, and competence development. Their work includes collaboration with international organizations, research contributions, and capacity-building initiatives across Southeast Europe, advancing both theory and practice in global inclusive education.
